Bernard Janssens started a consulting career in Belgium at KPMG during 10 years and then PwC and subsequently IBM Consulting Services. He advised several national and international companies and guided them in strategic reorientation, process re-engineering, cost reduction programs and implementation of large SAP projects.
Next, during 12 years, Bernard Janssens moved in the food business, as an entrepreneur and investor. He managed several projects such as new plant construction, production line automation, crisis management, sales and finance management. The entrepreneurial spirit is written into his soul. Able to implement sustainable solutions and to mobilise the energy to reach the targets.
He joined Expense Reduction Analyst in 2017 with a strong expertise in the food and retail industries.
